Wellbeing Tables with Ebru Şinik Launched at The Grand Tarabya

Led by wellbeing expert Ebru Şinik, Wellbeing Tables was launched at The Grand Tarabya Hotel as a series of dining and conversation events. The gatherings bring together seasonal wellbeing themes, holistic health conversations and specially curated menus.

Seasonal Wellbeing Themes and a Specially Curated Menu Experience

Organised in collaboration with The Grand Tarabya managed by Accor, Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Daily Wellbeing, these exclusive gatherings will be held regularly, with each conversation theme and wellbeing menu designed around the needs of the season.

As part of the Wellbeing Tables series led by Ebru Şinik, expert guest speakers from the field of holistic health will also meet with participants and share their knowledge and perspectives.

First Gathering

Supporting the immune system ahead of winter

The first gathering took place on Saturday, 8 November, from 12:00 to 15:00, exclusively for graduates and wellbeing experts of Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy. The theme of the event was “Strengthen Your Immune System as Winter Approaches.”

An Inspiring Wellbeing Experience Overlooking the Bosphorus

The first Wellbeing Tables gathering was held in an elegant venue inside The Grand Tarabya Hotel, offering magnificent views of the Bosphorus. During the three-hour event, guests enjoyed a rich and engaging conversation accompanied by a specially designed menu prepared by renowned Chef Giovanni Terracciano.

Participants also had the opportunity to meet people who shared similar perspectives on life and wellbeing, becoming part of a warm, joyful and inspiring gathering.
