Daily Wellbeing was developed by Ebru Şinik through many years of knowledge, practice and experience.
With its product range, the Daily Wellbeing brand was created to help you easily integrate Ayurveda’s Preventive Medicine Protocols into your daily life. It offers complementary Body & Mind Medicine and Work & Life Balance products, produced in this broad scope for the first time in Türkiye.
After working with great care for nearly 3 years to develop Daily Wellbeing products, Ebru Şinik summarizes the purpose behind our brand, launched in June 2023, as follows:
I realized that many Ayurvedic recommendations I had been sharing with my students and clients for years could not be properly implemented. I identified that the primary reason was that, within the intensity of business life, people could not find the time to prepare the blends I recommended. Therefore, the need arose to produce products that would enable my recommendations to be easily integrated into daily life.
As a result, about three years ago, I decided to develop products that you could easily add to your daily life by synthesizing scientifically proven ancient Ayurvedic knowledge, with the aim of enhancing quality of life and the state of Wellbeing, and making this state of wellbeing sustainable and comfortable.
May our “Daily Wellbeing” Ayurvedic product range, produced with great care and the highest quality, bring balance, health, joy, hope and healing to all of you together with your clear intentions.
