Wellbeing Coach Ebru Şinik has launched a series of Wellbeing Tables, which are lunch-and-chat events held at The Grand Tarabya Hotel.
In collaboration with The Grand Tarabya managed by Accor, Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Daily Wellbeing will regularly host these events, which offer magnificent views of the Bosphorus.
The chosen topic and wellbeing menu will change with the seasons.
Organised under the leadership of Ebru Şinik, Wellbeing Tables will also feature guest speakers who are experts in holistic health topics.
The first event, held exclusively for Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy graduates and Wellbeing Coaches on Saturday 8 November from 12:00 to 15:00, had the theme of “Boost Your Immune System as Winter Approaches”.
Guests at the inaugural Wellbeing Tables event enjoyed a warm and satisfying conversation over a superb menu prepared by renowned Chef Giovanni Terracciano in the magnificent Bosphorus-view hall of The Grand Tarabya Hotel.
