A Personal Journey of Transformation
When I refused to use calmative pills for my aggravated anxiety, introduced meditation to calm my mind, and started yogic nasal breathing exercises, my life began to transform. By arranging my daily habits & routines and nutrition&spices according to Ayurvedic principles, all of my mental activities, my body's physiological functioning, and my relationships started to shift in a positive, enjoyable, and peaceful manner.
With these changes that seemed small but were extraordinary to me, it was as if I was getting to know life once again. My life became remarkably healthier, happier, and more cheerful. As I look back today, I understand very clearly that happiness is primarily achieved through self-awareness, self-knowledge, and self-discovery.

Each month, I am introducing a new topic and habit so that you can discover more about yourself throughout the year. First, I recommend that you carefully review the page on which I outline the daily habits. You can also read the scientific background of each habit in my book Your Genes Are Not Your Destiny. Reading the book is highly recommended to help convince your mind to make these routines sustainable.
Ten different daily habit are introduced initially. Starting with morning habits is very important. You can choose the ones that are in your comfort zone.
